How to create your curriculum vitae quickly. Take the 14-day challenge to find out what you really want

It is very important to create your basic plan about yourself when you find a job or change career.
You have a lot of things to do to success your job hunting or career change.
If you are in Japan, you have to take part in internet, practice for job interview, go to several companies to get accustomed with interview.

However, if you want to accomplish, most important thing is knowing what you really want.
It's not too much to say that nothing can lead you to great success of getting job except you get to know yourself.

Let's become an Emperor from The Emperor's New Clothes by Hans Christian. Andersen

The most important lesson what I learned from my experience about changing career and doing business is get to the heart core of the matter.

When it comes to find work and change career, what you really want is heart core of the matter. Speaking about tree, it is a root or trunk. Even you feel it is embarrassing to do so, you should find out your true mind and what you really want.

Very important: Take the 14-day to make master plan

Your success depends on this 2 weeks.

Originally, all of business people should think about master plan. However, most of them don't spare time for it and even they don't try.
It is more important than find job, change career, or star a business.
So it is your chance and you should take advantage of this opportunity.

7 day: Make it clear your image of goal precisely

7 day: Define who you are

Define 1 Your work experience: Read your past hand book all over again
Define 2 Your educational background: Write down your past activity
Define 3 Find out something of the best you could as many as you can.
Define 4 Enlarge your career 1000 times better.
Define 5 Write down about yourself. What you like/dislike or be good/bad at. I will write detail at another article

7 days: Make your sales sheet about introducing yourself.

7 days: Add your work experience on your sales sheet

7 days: Ask someone who knows you very well about your sheet. Accept their criticize and improve your sheet.

Let's start to apply

The thing you should know about the agent

1 You should contact with the agent who is specialist of the specific industry or occupation. The agent should be smart and positive person

2 The agent has connection of personnel. If your agent is different from 1, you should change the person or agency.

3 I don't earn any profit from such agency, but I recommend you Recruit Agency if you search for job in Japan. Of course most important thing is individual and not company.

Selection criteria of your agent

If your master plan is clear, they will find prodigious list of job offers. You can judge is he/she good or not easily. If your situation doesn't get better even you change your agent, you should do a bit of contrivance to your master plan.

Your true mind moves everything. Best wishes to you! by isso

They are 6 signs of your breakthrough is coming

You're already working hard for several months.
You read the book, write curricula vitae、have practice for job interview.
Some of you may already visited some companies.
If your goal is being hired, it is certain that you will not hear from the company you want to go makes you disappoint.

What do you think about such results even you work very hard for job hunting.
When your ideal company which satisfied what you want give you a job after?

It happens without notice

If you focus on the task  and working with effort, you will breakthrough sooner or later.
Furthermore, your breakthrough is close to what you are planned.

However, when it happens, you wouldn't realize you may think "It hasn't really sunk in yet".
Because of your hard work you know you deserve it.

You will breakthrough soon. 6 signs of breakthrough and your act.

1 Your daily activity is plain and continuous.
2 You kept working longer period than you expected
3 You continued your work even you already thought "I cannot continue anymore"
4 People around you telling you to give up.
5 Your way is different from others
6 You have fun with the work and think you don't want quit and having

Hard question

"Mr. isso, your class is so easy to understand"
A female student told me after summer seminar for middle school students was done.
She was going to take high school entrance exam
I taught Math for them at tutoring school.
I already decided I would quit the job.

"Now I remembered I wanted to be a teacher"
I was guided by my old dream and be hired tutoring school.
After that, I studied about teaching materials, make notes of class for teaching,
I took lecture of teaching on holidays and  I posted the direct mail of the school on each house.

I had no experience of teaching and I wasn't good at teaching, students showed a bad attitude.
I didn't want such kid make light of me, made teaching materials and exercised for teaching without sparing time for sleep. Sometimes my sleeping hours was less than 3.

A year ago, It was decided I quit the job.
"Well, it is my last time for teach. I should relax"
So I reduced explanations of question dramatically, I slept enough time, and I taught them leisurely.
Then, students react was changed.
"Mr isso, I got the answer, too. Teach us more"
I tried as hard as I could.
Then I eased up.
"Why?"
They solved the question.
On the other hand I still don't know why.

One more step. Best wishes to you. by isso.

5 facts you should know to break down stereotype

"Oh no, I couldn't find a job"
"There is another rejection letter"

Everybody will be impatient if they can't find a job.

New graduates can't count on their parent's supply anymore.
People who change career will expire presence contract and they lose salary.
Even so, I still wonder why so many people look for a job before figure out what is own idealized image. They find job that seems possible to be hired or it is just famous company.

Unlimited wealth

"In Tokyo, money had fallen on the ground"

In past, I red news article about a Chinese tourist's impressions of Japan.
The value of money would change depend on where you live.
What I want to tell you is  "Recession is just a word and it doesn't exist in practice."
If you live in Japan, it is obvious that you are richer than you expected. When you look for some information magazines about career or part-time job, you will find a lot of job offer. If you go to public employment security office, public servant help you to find employment. I believe it is not only me who think we have a chance to earn wealth. Just keep going.

5 points you should know for not to be hasted

1 What you need is money and not a company.

2 Evaluation from others does nothing to do with your ideal
3 Just focus on now. The prediction from others about your future never comes.
4 Past success and failure does nothing to do for your present.
5 If you have chance with particular company you will be hired. You shouldn't take it too seriously about the results.

Job hunting or change career is one of biggest opportunity to put into practice your vision. You shouldn't be rush but you should work for it steadily

Value of bill

The last night of Luang Phabang, 10 drivers of auto rickshaw were talking about how to help me in front of airport. When you leave a Laos, you need 10 dollars bill. But I had only 10,000 yen and ticket for Laos. The airplane was preparing for departure. I yelled in English "I have no dollar! I have yen". Then a driver told me to"Come" so I sat his rickshaw and it started moving. "Go Go Go Go" Fortunately, I exchanged my yen to 10 dollar bill and I came back to airport. I thank him so much, and I gave him 10 dollars and rest of the tickets I had. He looked so happy and he said something "month" and "live". Maybe 10 dollar bill was a large sum of money for the driver I guess. I hoped so.

by isso

by isso
