I found myself I worked for a company long time. 

If your workplace is so comfortable, time flies and you would take it granted the condition. 

However, any company has personnel reshuffle, contract expired and business restructuring. 

Your surrounding environment would change.

The things you cannot avoid

If you are office worker, you may concern about transfer. 

If you have several experience of move to next section, be transferred or change your job you would realize there is no big difference.

However, there is only one thing you cannot avoid it even if everything is changed. 

It is present. 

There is no beautiful drama you expected at any workplace.

What you have to think about is current environment.

The way to change your career successfully

Put your idealized image into concrete shape and do your best with things that are in front of your eyes.

This is the only one way to change your career successful.

There is no other plan.

It is not attend the job affair or the seminar to listen what people say how they have high education and achieved. 

It is not applying for the job from the list of companies your agent brings which seem possible to you to be hired.

Your best chance never comes before you find out who you are, what is your ideal, what do you think, and what do you do.
